Our company started way back in 1948. Tom Segroves along with Bill Daniel and G.S. Gordon founded one of the most successful business´s in Bedford County. In 1980 he sold his business to son Harold who has continued the tradition of bringing the best in real estate services to the community. 

In 1986 Harold Segroves affiliated with Coldwell Banker, America´s #1 Real Estate Company. Since that time the company has been consistently recognized as one of the top performing franchises in the southeast and the nation.

 "Tell the truth." "Do right." "Treat every customer like he´s the president of the United States." These simple expressions that guided Tom Segroves´ business practices are still alive and well today.

Harold Segroves graduated from the University of Virginia and joined the firm in 1977.  Shortly thereafter he attended Fort Smith Auction school and has been active in the auction field ever since.   Besides doing Real Estate auctions, Harold is proud of the charity work he has done as an auctioneer.  The Coffee County Sportsman´s Auction, The Habitat Ball Auction, and The Webb School Parents Auction have raised literally million´s of dollars and Harold is proud to have been a part of each of them each year.
